Rogi Kolyan Somiti

Every hospital has a voluntary organization called Pathika Kalyan Samiti registered under the law to strengthen hospital social service activities to involve government initiatives as well as private initiatives. This organization is registered under the 'Voluntary Social Welfare Institutions (Registration and Regulation) Ordinance' No. 46 of 1961. The organization consists of government officials, civil society representatives, eminent social workers, philanthropists and private individuals. Registered Societies mainly provide overall support to hospital social service activities including providing financial assistance to patients, raising funds for patient welfare associations and providing advice for improving service quality. As per the instructions of the present government, with the aim of expanding medical social service activities for the medical assistance of the rural poor people, the work of formation and registration of patient welfare associations has been completed in upazila health complex in 7 upazilas except Sadar upazila of Bhola district which is directly involved in the services of the oppressed.

06 upazila social service officers under Bhola district,  ( Daulatkhan, Borhanuddin, Lalmohan, Tajumuddin, Charfashan, Manpura)  are in-charge officers of Patient Welfare Association. The names ,  designations and mobile numbers  of the officials are given in the “Contact” option of the portal. A request was made to contact the said official's mobile number.
